5. Office visit, verification and charges

- Typing BS date of birth where the portal asks for AD / इश्वी सम्वत्.
- Entering the full English name in a field that asks only for First Name English.
- Using a mobile number that does not start with 9 or cannot receive OTP.
- Submitting a correction when the real issue is voter-roll transfer, or the opposite.
