The short version
- Most tools run 100% in your browser. Calculators, converters, image and PDF tools process everything on your device — your files and inputs are never uploaded.
- Some tools save to your device only (using your browser’s localStorage) so your inputs are there when you return. This stays on your device.
- A few tools need an account (e.g. the Period & Cycle Tracker). That data is stored securely and is private to you.
- We don’t sell your data. Ever.
What we collect
If you don’t create an account, we don’t collect personal information from you to run the tools. Tools that remember your inputs do so in your browser’s local storage, which never leaves your device and which you can clear at any time from your browser settings.
If you create an account, we store your email address (for sign-in) and the data you choose to save in a tool — for example, the period start dates you log in the Period & Cycle Tracker. We only store what a tool needs to work for you.
How account data is protected
Account data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database (Supabase) with row-level security enabled. This means every row is tied to your user ID, and the database only ever returns rows that belong to the signed-in user — another user cannot read your records. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest by our database provider. Sensitive data such as menstrual-cycle logs is treated as strictly private.
Please note: as the operator of the service, the data exists in our database to provide the feature to you. We keep administrative access limited and do not use your private health data for anything other than showing it back to you.
Analytics
To understand which tools are popular and how the site performs, we use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights. These are privacy-friendly and cookie-less: they record anonymous, aggregated page views and loading-speed measurements, and do not build advertising profiles, track you across other websites, or identify you personally. We use no advertising or cross-site tracking of any kind.
Service providers
We use a small number of trusted providers to run the site: Vercel (hosting and the analytics above) and Supabase (authentication and database for account-based tools). They process data only to provide their service to us.
Your choices and rights
- Delete your saved data: account-based tools include a “Delete all my data” control. For example, the Period & Cycle Tracker lets you wipe all logs and settings permanently.
- Clear device data: tools that save to your browser can be reset by clearing your browser’s site data.
- Delete your account: contact us (below) to have your account and all associated data removed.
Children
The tools are general-purpose utilities. Some, like the cycle tracker, are intended for users old enough to manage their own health information.
Changes
We may update this policy as the site grows. We’ll update the “last updated” date above when we do.
