How to use it
Enter your details section by section — the A4 preview updates as you type and your draft is saved in your browser automatically. Pick an accent colour, then use Download / Save as PDF(choose A4) to export. The exported text stays selectable, so it reads correctly in employer ATS systems.
What makes a strong CV in Nepal
- Keep it to 1–2 pages, clear and well-spaced.
- Lead with a short summary tailored to the job you’re applying for.
- Write experience as achievements (what you did and the result), not just duties.
- List languages (English, Nepali, Hindi) with honest proficiency — valued by many Nepali employers and INGOs.
- Use a professional email and a reachable phone number.
Photo & personal details
Local Nepali CVs often include a photo, date of birth and nationality — so those are optional here. For international jobs and ATS systems, leave them off: a clean text-only header is the safer, modern standard.
Privacy
Your resume never leaves your device. It is stored only in your browser’s local storage and is not sent to any server, so your personal information stays private.

Frequently asked questions
How do I make a resume with this tool?
Fill in your details on the left — header, summary, work experience, education, skills, languages and certifications. The A4 preview updates live. When it looks right, click 'Download / Save as PDF' and choose A4 in the print dialog.
Is it really free and private?
Yes. It is completely free and runs entirely in your browser. Your resume is saved only on your own device (local storage) and is never uploaded to any server — important, since a CV contains personal details.
Is the resume ATS-friendly?
Yes. It uses a clean, single-column layout with real selectable text (not an image), standard section headings and no complex tables, so applicant tracking systems (ATS) used by many employers can read it correctly.
Should I add a photo and personal details?
It depends on the job. In Nepal, CVs often include a photo, date of birth and nationality, so we provide optional toggles. For international jobs and most ATS systems, leave the photo and personal details off — they are not expected and can cause bias-filtering.
How do I save it as a PDF?
Click 'Download / Save as PDF'. In the browser print dialog, set the destination to 'Save as PDF' and paper size to A4. The text stays selectable, which keeps it ATS-readable.
Will my data still be there next time?
Yes, on the same device and browser — it auto-saves locally. Clearing your browser data or using a different device will start fresh.
