Text to Emoji

Describe a situation, feeling or sentence and get the most relevant emojis to copy and paste — for chats, captions, bios and posts. Free and private: it runs in your browser, with no AI server and no login.

Type something above and matching emojis will appear here. Tap an emoji to copy it, or use Copy all.

How to turn text into emojis

Type what you want to express — a feeling (happy, sad, excited), a thing (pizza, rain, money) or a whole sentence (“happy birthday to my best friend”) — and matching emojis appear instantly below. Tap a single emoji to copy just that one, or press Copy all to copy the whole set, then paste it into your chat, caption or bio.

How it picks the emojis (no AI needed)

This tool does not send your text to an AI server. Instead it works fully on your device using three simple steps: it checks for common phrases (like “good morning” → ☀️🌅🙏), matches individual keywords against a large emoji dictionary, and reads the overall tone of the sentence to add a fitting face. Because everything runs locally, it is instant, free, private and works offline. The trade-off is that it understands clear, everyday wording best — it is not a full AI, so it can miss sarcasm, slang or very abstract sentences.

Tips for better results

  • Use concrete words — “party”, “coffee”, “exam” — rather than vague ones.
  • Keep it short. A clear phrase works better than a long paragraph.
  • Try the example buttons above to see how a sentence becomes a set of emojis.
  • Need a specific emoji instead? Use the Emoji Copy & Paste tool to search 1,900+ emojis by name.

Frequently asked questions

How does text to emoji work?

Type a sentence or describe a situation and the tool reads the meaningful words — feelings like happy or sad, things like pizza or rain, and the overall tone — then suggests matching emojis. Tap any emoji to copy it, or use “Copy all” to copy the whole set at once.

Does this use AI?

No. It runs entirely in your browser using a built-in dictionary of words, common phrases and a tone (sentiment) list — so it is instant, free, private and works offline. It understands clear, everyday wording best; it is not a full AI that grasps sarcasm or complex context.

Why didn't it find an emoji for my sentence?

The matcher looks for known words. Very abstract sentences, slang, or words with no related emoji may return little. Try simpler, more concrete words — for example “happy”, “love”, “food”, “party”, “rain” or “exam”.

Does it understand Nepali?

It recognises some common Nepali words (for example खुसी → 😄, माया → ❤️, नमस्ते → 🙏, दशैं → 🪔) and Nepal-related terms like Nepal 🇳🇵, temple 🛕 and momo 🥟. For best results with full Nepali sentences, use short keywords.

Will the emojis paste correctly into any app?

Yes. Emojis are standard Unicode characters, so copied emojis paste into Messenger, WhatsApp, Viber, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Gmail and documents. The style may look slightly different per device, but the meaning is the same.
