How to use it

How do I add a watermark to a photo?

Can I make a diagonal repeated watermark?
Yes — click 'Tile (repeat)' and the text repeats diagonally across the image, which is the hardest type to remove and good for protecting documents and proofs.
Does it reduce image quality?
No. The watermark is drawn on the full-resolution image, so the only change is the watermark itself. Choose PNG to keep maximum quality or JPG for a smaller file.
Is the watermark removable?
A semi-transparent or tiled watermark is hard to remove cleanly, but no watermark is 100% tamper-proof. Use a noticeable opacity and tile mode for important documents.
Is my image uploaded?
No. Watermarking happens entirely in your browser; your image never leaves your device.
